For true spice come here. You know you are eating authentic when the asian to white person ratio is 9 to 1 in midtown Sioux City! I ordered spicey shredded potato and spicey fish fillet. The fish comes on top of a bed of cooked cabbage. All delicious. Wish i could have tried more dishes.
Marty‘s Tap offers very authentic Bar & grill food. So delicious. I ordered sauteed cauliflower with dried pork and sautéed Hunan smoked pork with green leek. They were so good that almost made me cry. They tasted exactly like the dishes I had in China, specifically in Hunan. I will definitely mark this restaurant as my favorite and recommend my friends to come.
The Signature dishes are truly amazing. There are some untraditional offers like Steamed Fish Head with Chopped Chili, and Pork Intestine in Chili Pepper. Or Sauteed Frogs with Green Chili. Yet, they are superb, so you should definitely try them. You’ll really enjoy them, and it will make a great story.
